The project was to help a solo tech consultant go from being stuck in backend work to operating as a CEO. The goal of the project was to reclaim time, reduce burnout, and build a backend that had the potential to scale to $600K+.
We started with a time audit to uncover what tasks were draining his energy. Then we set up a Notion-based control center, created a lightweight CRM, and automated his proposal-to-payment workflow. I also VA-trained client follow-ups, invoicing, and administration.
The project was to streamline operations for a high-ticket business coach who was overwhelmed with admin and client delivery. The project goal was to build systems that would handle 2x the client load without burning out the founder.
We mapped the entire client journey from lead to offboarding and identified areas to delegate and automate. We built a backend system that handled onboarding, regular updates, and tracking client progress. I also hired and trained a VA to handle day-to-day admin and comms.
