I never set out to be an Digital Business Manager. After leaving the corporate world, I began as a VA, but soon found out my true gift was in creating order out of chaos.

About the project

We started with a time audit to uncover what tasks were draining his energy. Then we set up a Notion-based control center, created a lightweight CRM, and automated his proposal-to-payment workflow. I also VA-trained client follow-ups, invoicing, and administration.
